According to the German USK rating system Gameloft are currently developing Legends of Exidia for DSiWare, but what is it?

There is currently no information regarding the game on other consoles be it mobile phone or iPhone, could this possibly be a strictly DSiWare release by Gameloft? They're usually not the sort to do a one-console release, but it does happen on occasion - Battle Tanks on PSN comes to mind.

Gameloft have been notorious for creating "knock-off" games that have the look and feel of other properties - Hero Of Sparta and God Of War for example. Legends of Exidia though? Could it be a Legend of Zelda knockoff? Now that'd be something.
