DSiWare: Rayman Coming To DSiWare

raymandsiware.png

Ubisoft's original mascot has been given the backseat thanks to the Raving Rabbids, but Rayman is finally making a return on DSiWare.

This new rating, from the German's USK rating board, shows that the limbless hero will finally be getting his own downloadable game for the Nintendo DSi. Outside of the rating nothing is known - but let's speculate for a bit.

Could this be a new 2D game in the vein of the original Rayman or its two GBA brethren, which were awesome? Or will it be another collection of mini games involving the Rabbids? I'm hoping on the former.

Alright, yes! This could be just what Rayman needs to reclaim the original series! Let's just hope it's a real 2D Rayman game and not another shitty Rabbids party game.

Damn it has to be downloadable, and not in a physical box to go with my collection! ^_^

Finally!! Rayman is (half) back! It'll probably be some kind of Rayman 1 port - not a bad thing at all, they did that with the psp. A great game anyway. ^^ Let's just hope that ubisoft don't botch it up AGAIN...
