XBLA: Platypus Clay Shooter Coming To XBL Indie Games
Escapist Games have revealed that they're bringing clay shooter Platypus to Xbox Live Indie Games, and with a slew of new features.
The original Platypus was made by Anthony Flack, who's currently working on Cletus Clay for Xbox Live Arcade. Platypus also had a bit of a strange and crazy history, which any new developer should take into account when selling your games to a publisher.
This new version will feature HD widescreen presentation, improved audio and collision, several extras along with translation into several different languages. This version will also be the best for cooperative play, since you can play on the same screen with separate controllers.
The game is currently very close to release, and should be out in the next week or so. In the meantime, check out this new trailer.

If Anthony Flack doesn't get money from it we should really boycott this game

Until I started seeing this game on the XBLIG playtest and review sections, I thought that Platypus was coming out on XBLA. I'm curious on why it is going to XBLIG and not XBLA...

Thanks for information :-)
There is no coop online mode, but according Escapist Games Team :"...living room coop is brilliant on the xbox - it's how the game was meant to be played..".
