WiiWare: New Game Play Trailer For ColorZ

French mobile developer Exkee have revealed the first trailer for ColorZ, their upcoming WiiWare title.

While the title may make you think this is some sort of Match-3 puzzle game, Colorz actually has more in common with games like Ikaruga or Mercury. You pilot a little space ship around a level where you must avoid anything that is not the same color. You can then change the color of your ship by hitting certain blobs much like Ikaruga and and in cooperative modes you can merge with other ships to create a mixed color just like Mercury did.

Check out the video above to really understand the premise of the game. There is currently no set release date for it but it has been given a rating in Europe, so expect a Worldwide release.
