XBLA: Leaked Screen Of Wolfenstein 3D On Xbox Live Arcade

The Xbox Live Arcade leaker has once again leaked some screenshots of an upcoming game - this time the port of Wolfenstein 3D, leaked through the ESRB rating a couple of weeks ago.

The writer Pure De Garbanzos states that the game is a straight up port of the original game, not a remake and with no major additions. Looking at the above screenshot we can see that the aliasing of the walls has been cleaned up, similar to that of the recent iPhone version.

Now the question is - would you buy a straight up port of Wolfenstein 3D for the Xbox Live Arcade? Let us know in the comments below.

For 400 points? Maybe.
For anything above that? No frigging way.

I can't see myself buying it for even 400 points.

I'll give them my money when they bring about Doom II, though. Or Quake/Quake II?

I'd buy it for 400 MSP. Anything above that would be asking too much for a straight port. I'm all for making the old games available on the XBLA, but they should never be more than 400 MSP. Unless of course they are updated. Then 800 MSP would be fair.

I'm not into retro games per se. And think it just stupid that Microsoft give this green light when they give the finger to Cave.

Yeah, I'm so not over that.

Can Live Arcade games be lower than 400 points? 400 points seems a little steep. I'm a huge fan of Doom but never played Wolf, so I'm interested in this.

This is exciting. BUT that screenshot does not prove it was a leaked screenshot, it looks 100% like my pc version.

yes i would buy it. i have the shareware version and been wanting to play the full game ever since.Wolfenstein 3d is a classic!
