WiiWare: Animales De La Muerte No Longer WiiWare Bound

High Voltage Software have been one of the biggest independent supporters of WiiWare over the last year and a half. With V.I.P. Casino: Blackjack, Hot Rod Show and Gyrostarr, they're not doing too bad of a job. But Animales de la Muerte, the zombie animal killing simulator, will no longer be coming out for it.

Animales de la Muerte was announced an awful long time ago. It was certainly the most ambitious WiiWare game game from High Voltage, but it appears to have gotten too large for the WiiWare's mearger 40 megabytes filesize. The game is currently on hold, with the plan to turn it into a retail Wii release.

A real shame, hopefully the can expand on the concept to make a really cool game.
