IGN have gotten their hands on a near final build of Zombie Wranglers from Frozen Codebase and Sierra - doesn't sound too bad. It's got 4 Player online cooperative play as well.

Each of the 20 missions lays down a set of goals that must be completed before the never ending stream of zombies gets the best of you. A typical mission is to wrangle a number of specific zombie types while collecting some important items scattered about the level. Others will task you with surviving for five minutes or simply taking down a lot of zombies. The end of each set of stage pits you against a boss. My favorite so far is the Zomball, a mass of zombies tangled together that must be broken apart bit by bit before it can squash you. You can rush through these levels, blasting the zombies and nabbing the goods, but to get a high score you'll have to play with some tactics.

They've also announced a release date for the game - September 17th, so next week.
