PSN: PSN Store Update - The Last Guy Now Available, New Warhawk Expansion, and Jungle Party?

Today on the PlayStation Network, we've got one of the busiest store updates ever - it's ALL good!

First up is the release of The Last Guy for both Europe and North America, for only $9.99US, £4.99, €7.99 or $12.95AU. Thankfully it's the full title, complete with every single level - unlike the bizarre 500 Yen "demo" that was released in Japan some weeks ago.

The earth has been struck by a mysterious purple beam of light, and everyone touched by it has turned into a giant zombie. You are the chosen one and it is up to you to rescue the last survivors on earth by leading them to safety through zombie-infested streets. With a classic arcade style overhead view, make your way through detailed real-world cities and use your heat vision to find people hiding in buildings. Then lead them to the Escape Zone before time runs out in this frantic, addictive game.

In addition to this is the new Warhawk "Operation: Fallen Star" expansion, which can be bought for $7.99US, £3.99, €5.99 or $9.95AU. You can also grab all 3 in a pack together in America, while Europe and Australia can buy the first two in a bundle, but the new one separately.

There is an entirely new level - Tau Crater! It’s a smoky, forested island that features lots of vertical elements to give players tons of cools places to use the jetpack; huge trees that you can fly up into and land on their branches, an enormous recovery crane with lots of trusses and platforms to fly around, and of course, the name sake, a truly gargantuan capital ship wreckage smashed into the ground forming, you guessed it, Tau Crater.

In addition to these big updates, Europe also appears to have gotten Buzz! Junior Jungle Party on PSN for £3.49 or €4.99.

After creating a hugely successful buzz on PlayStation 2, the Buzz! Junior range is bringing its fantastic family fun to PLAYSTATION 3 with Buzz! Junior: Jungle Party. Available to download from PLAYSTATION Network straight to the PS3 system's Hard Disk Drive (HDD), this party game offers five fun-filled mini-games from the original PS2 version now in 720p High Definition.

New media was also released on the store. In North America you can download trailers for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue - "Play the Pros with Tanner Foust", PAIN - Trauma Mode, and SOCOM Confrontation - Extraction. In Europe you can grab the Launch trailer for The Last Guy, as well as Arcade Mode and Solo Mode tip videos for Super Stardust HD.

And finally, a demo for the PSP version of Pipe Mania popped up on the store. This game should be coming out for the Xbox Live Arcade sometime in 2009.
