XBLA: New Hands-on Preview of 'The Maw'

IGN were able to get their hands on 'The Maw' recently, and have added a new preview along with two new in game videos.

"Of course, little animals don't just present themselves on a silver platter. Finding food for the Maw is Frank's job. That can be as simple as leading the Maw to a field of puffy balls of bouncing food to something that requires more planning. Frank can jump and latch onto things that allow him to access areas the Maw can't. There you might find some edible goodies or a tool to open a closed route. Frank also has the added bonus of being smart enough to know that things on fire aren't good for putting in your mouth. This is something the Maw is still learning."

Check out the whole preview here. It looks quite promising from the videos. Reminds me a little of 'Floigan Bros.' on the Dreamcast.

I love watching these hands on because they can be so frustrating. How obvious is it that you're supposed to throw those things into the water first? lol.

True, true. Though it's usually GameSpot that can't play games well :P

My all time favorites were Sonic Rush Adventure videos on Gametrailers.com. Idiot played the entire level without boosting - ie; what you're meant to do for the entire level!
