Mega Man 9 has been rated by the German rating board - and it's shown up as an Xbox 360 title! What do you have to say to that, Mr. Capcom?
Now the rating for the Wii has not shown up, and neither has PSN. we KNOW it's coming to Wii, but what sometimes happens is one version gets rated earlier than the others. It has happened before. The other ratings would probably show up on their next update.
